Project Kangaroo - BBC Worldwide
User Experience, Information Architecture inc Wireframes, Prototyping, User Acceptance Testing, AAA+ DDA spec HTML templates for Delivery Platform for Project Kangaroo (blocked by the competition commission).

After trying to match up Functional Specifications, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases and Wireframes, we moved to a wireframe led project, where using Axure all the specifications we put into the wireframes, including the acceptance criteria, which then allowed the developers to have a single document to follow, with the added bonus of being able to use it to form their automated testing scripts.

My role within the team has been so successful that the rest of the IT Projects department has now started taking on this way of working, allowing the UE to be the centre of the information hub, rather than an after-thought as they very much used to be in a developer orientated environment.
